What we collect
- Accounts: your email address, name and password (stored securely by our sign-in service; we never see your password).
- Membership applications: the personal, education, professional and agricultural details you enter, plus the photo and documents you upload.
- Enquiries: the name, email, organisation and message you send through the contact form.
- Event registrations: which published events or trainings you registered for.
Who can see it
You can see your own account, application, documents and registrations in the member portal. Authorised SAYA administrators can see applications, uploaded documents, members and enquiries in order to review and answer them. Uploaded documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links.
The public card check shows only a member ID, whether the membership is active and its expiry date — never names, photos, contact details or documents. There is no public member directory.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information or show it publicly. This website does not use advertising trackers.
